Rules for Roulette:
- Minimum Inside Bet is $1.00. System will randomly select a number and place an additional
bet so that the total of inside bet is $1.00.
- Maximum for all Bets is $100. Bets that cause the amount to exceed $100 will be ignored.
For Double American the system would automatically return half the amount bet
on Even bets
